Terms and conditions

Greetings from Turehapp

The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as they apply to Turehapp, including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference, govern your use of Turehapp and its services and tools. You will enter into a legal agreement with Maysquare Lifestyle Private Limited, the platform’s owner, simply by using the Turehapp. Your duties to Turehapp are governed by these terms and conditions and the policies.

Wherever the context so requires, “You” or “User” shall refer to any natural or legal person who has consented to become a buyer on the Platform by giving information during registration as a Registered User on the Platform.

User Account, Security, and Password

You are in charge of protecting the privacy of your Display Name and Password if you use the Platform, and you are also accountable for any actions taken using those details. You acknowledge that We shall have the right to permanently suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your membership on the Platform if You supply any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. In addition to making sure you log out of your account after each session, you undertake to alert Turehapp right once if your password or account is used or compromised.

Services Provided

Through the Platform, Turehapp offers a variety of Internet-based services. Customers of one such service can purchase goods like clothing, shoes, and accessories in a variety of fashion and lifestyle categories (collectively, “Products”). The Platform offers several different payment methods that can be used to purchase the Products. Additional terms of sale, such as cancellation, exchange, return, and other policies, shall apply to the sale and purchase of the Products (which are available on the Platform’s FAQ tab and are all incorporated here by reference.). These Terms of Use may also be further reinforced by Product-specific terms that may be listed alongside that Product.

Transaction

It is subject to all of the obligations and responsibilities associated with selling the actual product.

Rules for User Conduct

You affirm, agree, and undertake that the following legally enforceable guidelines will be rigorously followed in how you use the Turehapp platform:

You must not publish, transmit, modify, host, host, display, upload, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:

Belongs to someone else and you have no legal authority to hold it.
Is extremely hurtful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invading another person’s privacy, unacceptable based on race or ethnicity, insulting, connected to or supporting money laundering or gambling, or otherwise illegal in any way.
Is improper in any way?
Consists of sending “junk mail,” “chain letters,” unsolicited bulk mail, or “spamming”
Encourages illegal activity or behavior that is violent, threatening, pornographic, defamatory, or libelous.
violates or infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to those of publicity, intellectual property, and privacy (including without limitation the unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, home address, or phone number).
Has password-protected pages, hidden images, or restricted pages (those not linked to or from another accessible page)
Offers guidance on how to engage in criminal actions such as making or purchasing illegal weapons, compromising a person’s privacy, or making or selling computer viruses.
Contains footage, pictures, or depictions of anyone else (with a minor or an adult).
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other areas of the Platform, such as profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend requests, or other areas, or exceeds the scope of authorized access, or requests passwords or other personally identifying information from other users for commercial or illegal purposes.
Obstructs another USER’s use of the Turehapp or anyone else’s use of and enjoyment of comparable services.
Violates any patent, trademark, copyright, or another proprietary right of a third party, as well as their right to privacy or their right to trade secrets, or is fraudulent or involves the sale of fake or stolen goods.
Breaks any currently applicable laws
Hinders India’s unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty; endangers cordial relations with other countries; threatens public order; incites the commission of a crime that is punishable by law; obstructs the investigation of a crime, or denigrates another country.
Shall not be untrue, inaccurate, or deceptive
Shall not subject Us to responsibility or result in the loss of Our ISPs’ or other suppliers’ services (in whole or in part).
If any of the following conditions are met, a User may be regarded as fraudulent or as having caused loss to business due to fraudulent activity.
Users fail to respond to Turehapp’s payment verification email.
Users refuse to present sufficient documentation for the payment information verification.
misuse of a user’s phone number or email
The user’s address, email, and phone number are all false.
Abuse of a discount code
Using a specific coupon that isn’t associated with the email address provided.
Users return the incorrect item.
Users decline to make payment on an order
Users engaged in any order’s snatch and run
Unrelated actions are taken with the express purpose of reducing Turehapp’s business or revenue
Any user having a high rate of returns
Repeated demand for payment for a fictitious or used order

Contents Applied to Platform

As Turehapp is just acting as a middleman for these Terms of Use, all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, pictures, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork (collectively, “Content”) are third-party user-contributed content. You hereby grant Us the worldwide, irrevocable, and transferable rights in such Content, which shall become Our property.

The laws of India, including but not limited to those governing data protection and privacy, will govern the Terms of Use and any related service/product terms and conditions. Please refrain from using or gaining access to our Platform if you disagree.
